Pluss supports thousands of people with disabilities into work each year. We passionately believe that everyone should have the opportunity to work and specialise in supporting people who are statistically furthest from the labour market.
Pluss offers specialist employment services to people with a learning disability, mental health issues, complex health issues and physical disabilitities.
Pluss is a prime contractor for DWP’s ‘WorkChoice’ programme and we also run employability contracts on behalf of several local and health authorities, the Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund.
Pluss offers paid traineeships within our own commercial Social Enterprises and around half of our 500 strong workforce have a disability.
Pluss operates across the whole of South West England and West Yorkshire.
