David Honeybill
David is our Enterprise Operations Manager. Dave has worked in Supported Employment for over 20 years. He sits on the British Association for Supported Employment (BASE) National Executive and is secretary of BASE South West.
Robert Fairbairn
Robert is our Operations Manager in West Yorkshire. Robert joined Pluss in 2008, from Industrial Services Group, a supported business in Bradford. For the last three years Robert has led our ‘Enterprise’ operations through a transitional phase – from a segregated employment model to a more inclusive Social Enterprise approach.
Cheryl Lewis
Cheryl is Pluss’ Head of Business Support. Cheryl has extensive experience in managing business support services, project management and facilitation skills within Local Government, the voluntary and not for profit sector. She has a degree in Applied Social Science and an Open University Masters degree.
Tom Bromwich
Tom is our General Manager for specialist learning disability and mental health services. With a background in operations management in the manufacturing industry, Tom has worked for Pluss for ten years and has since graduated in Psychology. He is responsible for the development of innovative, specialist services including driving Pluss’ personalisation agenda.
Geraldine Scott-Smith
Geraldine is our Marketing Manager. She has worked for Pluss for ten years. With a background in the public, private and third sector she has worked with disabled people all her working life and is incredibly passionate about disability and employment. Geraldine studied Applied Social Sciences at Brunel University and qualified in Marketing in 2005.
Paul Wilson
Paul has worked in supported employment for fifteen years. He is Vice Chair of the British Association for Supported Employment and now works with Pluss on a range of research, bid-writing and marketing projects.
Alex Fricker
Alex is both a customer and Pluss employee. Alex is currently undertaking a paid traineeship as an Administration Assistant within the Plymouth Employment team. Alex has offered to do a blog to tell the world about his time with Pluss. His positive attitude and winning personality are an inspiration to read.
