Structure
Pluss employs over 500 staff throughout Devon and Somerset. Around half of our workforce has a disability. We are one of the largest Social Firms in the UK.
Pluss is controlled and organised by a board of directors, which oversee the running of the company. Day to day decisions are made by the Senior Management Team.
Pluss has three divisons, each with a manager that forms part of the Senior Management Team.
