A Partnership Approach
Pluss aims to enhance services through effective partnership working.
We have a wide range of partnerships at a local, regional and national level including Department for Work and Pensions, Local Authorities, Health Trusts, Learning and Skills Council, regional and national employers and industries.
We have a shared vision of a society where disabled people can choose from a variety of professional, high quality services and are actively involved in driving foward policy and service delivery through involvement with the British Association for Supported Employment and ERSA.
We are seeking to develop new partnerships for the delivery of training, work preparation and employment services for harder to reach/vulnerable groups with multiple or complex barriers to finding and securing learning and work in Devon, Somerset and Bristol. This will include people with learning difficulties, mental health issues, physical disabilities or long term ill health, as well as other vulnerable groups including people over 50’s, young people not engaged in employment, education or training (neet), workless parents and other carers, ex offenders, people recovering from drug & alcohol misuse and other long term unemployed individuals.
If you are a voluntary, community or commercial organisation - working with any of these groups we would like to engage in a meaningful conversation about partnerships that will support, develop and encourage peoples progress towards learning and work.
We warmly welcome your interested contacts by completing the form. We will then contact you to arrange more detailed discussions.
