Pluss employs over 500 staff throughout Devon, Somerset and Bristol. Around half of our workforce has a disability. We are one of the largest Social Firms in the UK.
Pluss is controlled and organised by a Board of Directors, which oversee the running of the Company. Day to day decisions are made by the Pluss Leadership Team.
