Managing Director and Board Member - Martin Davies
Martin has 17 years’ experience in Senior Management positions in labour intensive industries, and is experienced in change management and market development with significant contractual experience, including partnership and joint venture working.
Martin has a BSc in Civil Engineering and is currently the Vice Chair of the British Association of Supported Employment (BASE) formerly known as the National Association for Supported Employment (NASE).
Finance Director and Board Member - Paul Love
Paul is a recently-appointed Executive Member of the Pluss Board of Directors.
Paul commenced his career with the Audit Commission in 1990, where he rose to the position of Audit Manager with a portfolio of clients including Unitary Authorities and health organizations. In 1998, he became the first Director of Resources at West Devon Homes, and helped establish this new company as a Registered Social Landlord. Paul joined Pluss in September 2005 from Tor Homes (part of the William Sutton Group), where he worked for 3 years as Financial Operations Manager.
Paul qualified as an Accountant in 1993 and, in addition, holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
David Honeybill - General Manager - Working
David's first job was as a Food Inspector in Gibraltar checking "typhoid suspect" corned beef. David then worked in a variety of indutries which included; fruit and vegetable canning. animal feedstuffs, vending machine manufacture and plastic injection moulding. In 1993 David joined Gloucester Industrial Services (GIS), a supported employment provision for Gloucester County Council which included supported factories and a placement scheme.
David has a NVQ Level 5 in Management and an ONC in Business Studies.
Robert Fairbairn - General Manager
Robert joined Pluss in August 2008. For the past ten years he has worked within the supported business sector. Most recently he has been involved nationally lobbying to promote the interests of people working within the supported business environment. Prior to this Robert worked within education and finance. Robert holds postgraduate qualifications in business, organisational change, Marketing CIM associate level and Accountancy.
