| The Job: To assist with the continuing development of the Silverlight user interface. This will include the user interface design and construction within the Expression Blend toolset, as well as the application coding within the Visual Studio toolset. To assist with the development of the SQL database and the application code used to link this with the user interface, whilst assisting with the development of reports over the database and maintaining documentation. The Person: A good communicator, with an interest in application development. Ideally, commercial experience of Visual Studio and Expression Blend. However, knowledge of Silverlight or WPF, application development using C#, Net Framework, HTML, SQL, XML would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience of producing business reports would be an advantage.

The Person: A good communicator, with a keen interest in maintaining and supporting desktop hardware. Knowledge of PC security, locking down user accounts, cloning PC’s, maintaining build documentation, would all be an advantage, as would any windows desktop certification.

The successful applicant will need experience in a range of practical tasks and have the skills required to train people to undertake routine tasks on a one to one basis. A good level of Literacy and Numeracy and an ability to use your initiative to solve problems are key in this role.
