Integrated Community Equipment Services Adults Devon

Pluss provides an excellent service to disabled people within Devon. The assessed need is determined by health care professionals and provided with local funding from the Pool Budget – section 31 Agreement. The clinical assessment is through a multi-disciplinary team across Adults and Social Care partnership with National Health Service, which provides high levels of care for the community. On average more 95% of the items are delivered within 7 days* of the assessment. Pluss provides a highly prized Community Equipment recycling service that ensures value for money, a timely service and low carbon footprint. This service provides a range of products and service that provide support aids to daily living, rehabilitation products, home nursing and palliative care. Pluss provides an excellent service to disabled Children within Devon. The assessed need is determined by health care professionals and provided with local funding from the Pool Budget – section 31 Agreement. The clinical assessment is through a multi-disciplinary team across Social Care partnership with National Health Service and Education, which provides high levels of care for the community. Pluss provides a highly prized Community Equipment recycling service that ensures value for money, a timely service and low carbon footprint. This service provides a range of products and service that provide support aids to daily living, rehabilitation products, home nursing, palliative care and training development needs.

Integrated Community Equipment Services Minor Adaptations Devon

Pluss provides an excellent service to disabled people within Devon. The assessed need is determined by health care professionals and provided with local funding from the Pool Budget – section 31 Agreement. The clinical assessment is through a multi-disciplinary team across Adults and Social Care partnership with National Health Service, which provides high levels of care for the community. This service provides a range of products and service that provide alterations to the home environment that promotes independence allowing people to remain safe within their own home. Pluss provide a complete service from bespoke access ramps for easy wheeled access to grab rails and fitted ADL equipment. The service will also re-hang doors, provide easy access raised electrical socket and provide external railing to enable safe egress from the home.

Pluss provides an excellent service to disabled people of Plymouth. The assessed need is determined by health care professionals and provided with local funding from the Pool Budget – section 31 Agreement. The clinical assessment is through a multi-disciplinary team across Adults and Social Care partnership with National Health Service, which provides high levels of care for the community. On average more 95% of the items are delivered within 7 days* of the assessment. Pluss provides a highly prized Community Equipment recycling service that ensures value for money, a timely service and low carbon footprint. This service provides a range of products and service that provide support aids to daily living, rehabilitation products, home nursing and palliative care. This service also provides product and support services to the children of Plymouth with funding from Education. To complement this service Pluss provide technical support for Minor Adaptations to home environments that enable greater independence.

This service also provides product and support services to the children of Torbay with funding from Education. To complement this service Pluss provide technical support for Minor Adaptations to home environments that enable greater independence.

Wheel Chair Services Adults & Children Devon and Somerset

Pluss provides NHS Wheelchair users of all ages within Devon and Somerset a highly responsive and efficient customer focused service. Pluss provides a full range of services from simple collection and delivery to complicated adaptation and programming of a wide range of wheel chair products. Pluss has a combined experience of more than 10 years providing these services to the local disabled community of the South West of England.
