All small to medium size component and sub assembly work is available to include all mechanical and glued fixing and kit compilation.

2nd  operation deburr / assembly

2^nd operation work on all types of mouldings to include riveting inserts and ultrasonic welding of components into final format.  Also high quality flash removal to recover items otherwise for regrind.

 Hand sort bulk delivery assemble / pack 

A service is available to take bulk supplied items and compile them into retail packs, boxed palletised and shrink wrapped for dispatch.

 Hand assembly soldering and test 

Assembly of soldered and mechanically fixed units to customers spec. Service has the option to include the sourcing of components and all packaging as required. 

 Compilation of sheets and folder packs

Assembly of cards, gift packs of various types into point of sale units boxed and palletised for despatch to retail outlets.
