Photo of open dayJustin Tomlinson, Minister for Disabled People and MP for North Swindon, today officially opened Pluss' new office in Swindon.

Justin joined 40 people with disabilities in a speed interview dating session and then faced a mock interview conducted by a panel of disabled jobseekers - the first interview Justin has had in over 14 years! When asked what motivated him, he responded “You only get one life, so you have to give absolutely everything a go!”

Justin then presented Pluss customer, Jacqui Evans, with the Pluss ‘Achiever of the Year’ 2015 award.

Justin said “It’s fantastic to officially open these wonderful new facilities that, combined with Pluss’ support, are integral to the government’s commitment to halve the disability employment gap. Meeting with the Pluss customers here today, I have seen real enthusiasm and a huge wealth of talent – this is a real ‘plus’ for local employers!
