Pluss' Local Authority partnerships
Ownership
Pluss is owned by Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Somerset Council and Torbay Council.
Pluss is controlled and supervised through our Board of Directors. Each of our four Local Authority owners has at least one board member to ensure their interests are represented. We also have a number of independent directors.
Specialist Employment Contracts
Pluss delivers a range of specialist learning disability and supported employment contracts on behalf of Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council and Devon County Council.
Pluss are also working in partnership with Calderdale Council to develop employment streams for disadvantaged people in Calderdale through Social Enterprise, including implementing our Pluss Enterprise © Model.
Pluss has also advised a number of local authorities on the strategic direction of their Supported Businesses.
