Pluss Workplace Counselling Services

My name is Josie and I am the Workplace Counsellor for Pluss. I work across the South West and am based in Plymouth.
Pluss' counselling service is confidential, which means that no information discussed between client and counsellor is made available to outsiders. I am also independent from Pluss Management with respect to the service I deliver and the clients I work with.
The counselling I deliver is tailored to the individual, and the type of counselling therefore depends on the needs of the client.
Pluss' counselling service can be accessed by any customers who are supported by Pluss. People may refer themselves for counselling or a referral can be made by their Employment Adviser, Job Coach or any other Pluss employee who is engaged with the person in consultation with him or her.
People who are employed by Pluss can also access this service. They do not need to be referred by a line manager or HR. They can contact me directly, either by e-mail or by my mobile.
Unlike the counselling provision in GP surgeries or other agencies, there is no waiting list and there is no limit to the number of counselling sessions - people access the service because they have a need to do so and leave the service because they feel ready.
