We are seeking to develop new partnerships for the delivery of employment and training services for disadvanted groups with multiple or complex barriers across the country. This will include people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities or long term ill health, as well as other vulnerable groups including ex offenders, young people not engaged in employment, education or training, parents who are out of work, over 50's, people recovering from drug & alcohol misuse and other long term unemployed individuals.
