Job matching. We get to know the jobseeker, fully assess their skills and experience and then look to match them to a vacancy that is suitable.

Work Trials. This gives both you and the individual a trial period to see if the match works.

Job coaching. If needed, we can supply a job coach to help develop an individuals confidence and skills in your specified areas of work. Job coaches work quietly in the background alongside your staff and can fade away and return as required.

Advice on Reasonable Adjustment and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). We offer practical solutions to overcome barriers, talk through any issues and help you meet your obligations under the DDA.

Funding. You can receive funding towards any extra employment costs that result from a person’s disability through Access to Work

Ongoing support. All of the above on an ongoing basis - for as long as you need it. We review both you and your employers needs regularly.

We can also help you to promote your organisation as disability friendly. We can arrange weblinks or advertise your vacancies on our website, send Pluss flyers out with your applications and advise you on becoming a 2 ticks employer.
