Four Seasons provides training for people with a disability or long term health issue who wish to progress towards work.
Four Seasons provides a safe and supportive environment for work skills training for adults with a disability.
The service is based in the historic gardens of Torre Abbey in Torquay, and students are involved in the restoration and maintenance of the walled garden along with outreach commuity based activities. All training provides transferable work skills and social skills.
Individual training programmes are developed to enable service users to progress closer towards and into the world of work. Everyone is allocated a key worker and together they develop an individual development plan that is reviewed regularly so that progress can be maximised.
Four Seasons is also accredited to provide the NPTC Certificate in Horticulture Skills Level 1.
