We provide employment training for individuals with a learning disability who live in Teignbridge.
• We will enable you to experience a variety of work opportunities at Pluss and with local employers.
• We will work together to produce an assessment of your needs, and provide you with the training to meet these needs.
• Our service enables you to have a key worker that takes you through and supports your training process.
• We can refer you on to employment through a dedicated Pluss Placement Team.

Case Study:
James – I attended Pluss for a period of training, I have achieved my Workright and Foundation certificates and participated in external work groups.
My key worker talked to me, and felt it was time to look at work. I met with my Employment Consultant who found me a work placement at my local Tesco’s café where I cleared tables and helped in the kitchen. My Employment Consultant and Job Coach supported me to learn a new job bag packing within the same store.
I have now moved onto Workstep and am being paid.
