Our Partners

Pluss works in close partnership with a large number of organisations.

These include strategic and operational partnerships with the Department for Work and Pensions, National Lottery Community Fund, Local Authorities, European Social Fund and Local Enterprise Partnerships. We work in partnership with private, public and third sector organisations in the welfare to work sector around the country, as both a prime provider and a delivery partner.

We also work with thousands of businesses to help them become ‘Disability Confident’ employers of people with a range of disabilities and health conditions, and we are a proud national partner of the government’s Disability Confident campaign.

We are also actively involved in influencing policy and service delivery in the welfare to work sector through our membership of ERSA (Employment Related Services Provision), BASE (British Association for Supported Employment) and the IEP (Institute of Employability Professionals).

Pluss CIC Expression of Interest - Intensive Personalised Employment Support (IPES)

Intensive Personalised Employment Support (IPES) partnership opportunity
The Pluss Organisation is a Community Interest Company and operates services that are shaped by our belief that ‘No One is Left Behind’, supporting individuals to bring about lasting change in their lives.
IPES is a new voluntary support programme for people with disabilities and complex barriers to work, who Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches consider are likely to be more than 12 months from the labour market without intensive support.
IPES providers will deliver support tailored to an individual’s needs, focussed on overcoming barriers, building an effective support network, identifying and achieving employment aspirations, providing consistent contact and intensive support for up to 15 months and in-work support for 6 months.
The key outcome for IPES is sustainable paid employment rewarded on a payment by results basis linked to earnings over time. The contract will run from December 2019 to November 2023 with a possible two-year extension.
The opportunity
The Pluss Organisation CIC is bidding as a prime contractor to deliver the DWP IPES programme in the following Contract Package Areas (CPAs):
• Lot 4 - Southern England
• Lot 6 - Wales
We are looking for partners that have proven experience of working with participants who have complex support needs as a result of a disability or health need, and who can deliver the intensive, personalised support that will deliver sustainable paid employment. This will need to be evidenced in the EOI

We are looking to secure a response to our Expression of Interest (EOI) before 12 noon on Wednesday 27 March 2019.

Our EOI can be found here.
