We know that it has been a challenging time for everyone and our Torbay ‘Feel Good ‘ event, in partnership with Great Western Railway, is all about championing ways
to feel good.
And whilst our event is about supporting people to stay healthy and well, we also recognise that times are tough right now and it is absolutely fine to say you’re not doing
okat the moment.
Living in a lockdown environment with restrictions and isolation we must learn different ways to feel good.
The isolation and effect of lockdown can make it seem that we are alone in our feelings. We want you to know that you are not alone - we are here, along with all of our
partners, to support you in many different ways.
At this drop-in virtual event, you’ll:
- Learn about local community support
- Hear real life stories of finding work during Covid-19
- Watch ‘Wednesday Kitchen’ with celebrity South West chef – Peter Gorton
- Learn about the amazing work that Lion’s Barber Collective does for men’s mental health and have a taste of their training
provided to barbers – helping them recognise and address men’s mental health - Discover tips on child and family support with Play Torbay
- Get active with Phoenix Rising
