Another of our wonderful participants Rodney’s time on the Work and Health Programme has had a fabulous outcome as he has now secured work with Atalian Servest, a contract cleaning company in Salisbury.
Rodney’s Change Coach found a cleaning job that they discussed together, feeling that this was an ideal opportunity that would suit him. Rodney applied for the job and then met with the employer. Within a couple of days, Rodney had started his new job. This was fantastic news for Rodney as his new role was located near enough for him to walk to and he had also found the perfect hours to suit his lifestyle.
Rodney’s Change Coach regularly kept in touch with him and learnt that he had been doing so well that his employer had asked him if he would like to work more hours. His hours have now been increased from the original 12 to an amazing 30! This fantastic result is all due to Rodney’s dedication and commitment to his job. Rodney’s Manager says that he is “worth his weight in gold”. This is a wonderful well-earned result for Rodney!
Our participants never cease to be an inspiration by maintaining such determination and drive to find employment even through these difficult times, often having to overcome many personal challenges to remain positive and focussed in their search for work.
The Work and Health Programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
